Shipping Policy
At Lone Star Card Vault, we aim to get your cards from our vault to yours as safely and quickly as possible. We treat every card—from bulk to high-end collectibles—with the respect they deserve.
1. Processing Times
- Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Pre-orders: Shipped on or around the official release date. If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several tiers of shipping to ensure your cards are protected:
- Standard Shipping (PWE): Best for low-value singles. Cards are secured in top-loaders and mailed in a plain white envelope. (No tracking).
- Tracked Bubble Mailer: Recommended for orders over $50. Includes tracking and enhanced bubble wrap protection.
- Insured Vault Shipping: Required for high-value hits and graded slabs. This includes full insurance and signature confirmation.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Please note that buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market, our return policy is designed to protect both the collector and the vault.
1. Return Eligibility
- Incorrect Items/Condition: If you receive a card that is not the correct version or is significantly different from the listed condition (e.g., listed as Near Mint but arrives Heavily Played), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Sealed Product: Returns on sealed TCG products (Booster Boxes, ETBs, etc.) are only accepted if the item is unopened and the factory seal is intact. Once the shrink wrap is broken, the item is non-returnable.
- Graded Slabs: All sales on PSA/BGS/CGC graded cards are final unless the case is damaged during transit.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may request a cancellation at any time before the order has been marked as shipped.
- Note: Cancellations may be subject to a 3% payment processing fee that is not recouped from the merchant (PayPal/Stripe).
- Pre-orders: Cancellations on pre-orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee due to market allocation commitments.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue:
- Email us at support@lonestarcardvault.com with your Order Number.
- Include clear photos of the front and back of the card(s) or the condition of the sealed product.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
Refund Process
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Store Credit: We also offer the option of Store Credit, which is applied instantly to your account and often includes a small “Vault Bonus” for your next purchase.
Disclaimer: Lone Star Card Vault is not responsible for “buyer’s remorse” regarding market price fluctuations. All sales are considered final once the market price of a card changes significantly post-purchase.
